I graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in June 2018, completing the 2,550-hour program. As a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist, my mission is to create a sacred space for deep healing, helping clients reconnect with their bodies and restore harmony. Through intentional touch and presence, I guide each individual toward natural healing, addressing musculoskeletal dysfunctions while nurturing overall well-being.

I believe in the power of awareness, both in the body and the healing process. By being fully present during treatments, I help clients deepen their connection to their own healing journey, providing education and support to empower them along the way.

On a personal level, I have a deep love for music and enjoy singing & playing the acoustic guitar. I’m also drawn to nature, dance, and staying active. My background in fitness includes years of personal training and competing in nine bodybuilding competitions between 2014 and 2021, which has given me valuable insight into both nutrition and physical conditioning.

In summer 2023, I discovered the flow arts and circus community in Winnipeg and became an active member of the Winnipeg Circus Club. Through this journey, I’ve found a way to merge fitness, dance, art, and creativity, using self-expression as a tool to cultivate strength, balance, and the ability to move with the flow of life.
